We plan trips the way
we'd want ours planned.
Taj Global Tourism Group started in 2018 with two people, one Dubai contact and a WhatsApp number. Eight years later, we're planning 11 destinations with a team that still answers that number.
Built in Delhi, raised in Dubai.
Our founder flew to Dubai for the first time in 2017 on a ticket he'd saved six months for — and spent the first two days lost, overcharged and following a bad itinerary. He came back convinced that the difference between a great trip and a stressful one is almost never the destination. It's the planning.
So we built the company we wished existed: one team that owns the visa, the flights, the hotel and the airport transfers, and a single WhatsApp thread you can scroll back through. No call centres, no handoffs, no "please contact the other department".
Dubai remains our strongest desk — we have full-time people there. The other 10 destinations exist because our travellers asked for them, and we only added a place once we'd sent our own team to walk the hotels.
Founded in Delhi
Two people, one Dubai contact, one WhatsApp business number.
Dubai desk opens
Full-time coordinator in the UAE — the reason our clients stopped waiting at airports.
5,000 travellers
Southeast Asia added: Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia.
Corporate division
Offsites, incentive trips and MICE for teams of 40 to 300.
11 destinations
Caucasus and Europe join. 12,000+ travellers flown to date.
Four promises.
If a destination is wrong for your dates, we say so. If a package isn't worth the money, we say that too.
From the first question to the last airport transfer, you're talking to the same people.
Flights get cancelled at inconvenient hours. Someone from our team will be awake.
Every inclusion and exclusion is written down before you pay. No surprises at the destination.
Prefer a human first?
Tell us where you're thinking of going. We'll reply with an honest answer about the best time to go, what it roughly costs, and whether we're the right fit — even if the answer is "not us, try these people".
