How to cancel

Inform us in writing or on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect from the time we acknowledge it.

Tiered charges (per person)

More than 30 days before departure | 10% of the package

30 to 15 days before departure | 35%

14 to 7 days before departure | 60%

Less than 7 days / no-show | 100%

Visa fees

Visa and embassy fees are non-refundable once the application is filed, regardless of the outcome.

Airlines & hotels

Supplier cancellation rules always override our tiers. For low-cost carriers, tickets are usually non-refundable. We will tell you the exact rule before you book.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.

Travel documents

Carry a passport valid 6+ months from return, with 2 blank pages. Check name spelling carefully: airline tickets are issued exactly as the passport reads.
