Our role
We act as an agent between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, visa agencies). Your contract for those services is with the supplier.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days or until price change, whichever is earlier. Prices are per person on twin sharing unless stated.
Documents
Passports, visas and health documents are your responsibility. We verify and advise, but final accuracy is yours.
Itinerary changes
Suppliers may change schedules or hotels. We will offer the closest available alternative of equal or higher standard.
Force majeure
Weather, strikes, political events and airline cancellations are outside our control. We assist fully but cannot be liable for these.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
